Mr. Mujahid Shahzad

Mujahid Shahzad is the Managing Director of IPS. He has a background in International Business Management and has a wide working experience of USA, Kuwait and Pakistan Markets. Mr. Shahzad is responsible for Public/Private Relationships, Business Development & Project Management and has structured over 1.5 GW of clean energy power plant agreements in developing countries since 2008.

Prior to joining IPS, he was a Director at Waterhouse Trading and Advisory Services in Karachi where he was an authorized agent of a Karachi Stock Exchange Member and responsible for advisory and arrangement of Initial Public Offerings Prior to his tenure at Waterhouse, Mr. Shahzad was a long standing Project Manager at a large trading group in Kuwait. He is fluent in English, Arabic, Urdu and Punjabi.

Mr. Syed Jafri

Syed T. Jafri has 23 years comprehensive engineering experience in clean power analysis, requirements, design, acquisition, partnership, and contract negotiations. He has a Masters degree in Architectural Engineering specializing in Energy and Environmental Systems, a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Physics, and an Associate in Electrical Technology. Jafri is ISO 9001, QS 9000, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949 certified as well as Six Sigma certified.

He has been responsible for high-profile international energy conservation projects such as The Philadelphia Eagles, The Miami Dolphins, and Washington Red Skins stadiums as well as Fenway Park and The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Prior to this, Mr. Jafri served as Technical Director for Global Resource Consultant where he was responsibe for more than 1.5 GW of clean energy power, diligence, and assessment on behalf of government and large corporate clients. He has been awarded 2010 Legend of Energy by Association of Energy Engineers, USA.

Mr. Michael O’Derrick

Chairman of the Board of AGP, which provides financial advisory services to companies specializing in the, energy, biotechnology and infrastructure sectors. The firm engages in structuring and providing both debt and equity to private and public companies.

Mr. O'Derrick also founded, and served as marketing director for Basic Energy Management where he was responsible for the marketing and sale of oil and gas prospects for the company’s producing properties in Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana.

Mr. O’Derrick has over 35 years of executive level leadership experience including his term as President and CEO of that $250 million organization. His experience covers many facets of finance including money management, hedge fund management, investment banking, equipment leasing and oil & gas finance.

Mr. Aaron Knight

Aaron Knight has extensive senior executive experience in Business Development & Project Management; directing multi-unit franchises, engineering & metal fabrication entities and new venture start–up operations. Aaron has served as Director of Engineering, Business Development & Sales - North America, for a custom fabrication and extrusion-die-assembly company, Chief Operations Officer of a multi-unit, multi-national franchise organization, member of the University of Central Florida Technology Incubator, co-founder of an alternative energy biodiesel producer Summit Biodiesel LLC, Executive Vice President for Clean Fuel LLC, a multi-unit producer of Biodiesel LLC, Executive Vice President for Clean Fuel LLC, a multi-unit producer of Biodiesel, and Project Development for Solar Blue LLC.

Mr. Don Sproat

Mr. Sproat is the former Board Chairman and CEO of Telzuit Medical Technologies. In addition to leading the company in the invention of a revolutionary cardiac monitoring device he was instrumental in raising $8 million of private and institutional funding and in taking the company public. He has provided leadership for nearly 20 years in CFO positions for entrepreneurial enterprises in the medical device, energy, and wholesale distribution industries.

Mr. Sproat is a CPA and has a Masters degree in Business from Stetson University.

Dr. Donato Aranda

Professor Donato Alexandre Gomes Aranda got his Chemical Engineering degree (1989), with Masters in (1992) and PhD ( 1995). He worked as postdoctoral researcher in 1998 at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, US. He has won several awards with honors, among them the Award of Technological Innovation, FINEP from the Brazilian Government.

In 2007 he also received the Award of the Ordem Do Merito Cientifico from the Brazilian President (Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva). This is the highest degree of Award given in Brazil for scientists. He got also the highest degree from Brazilian Catalysis Society and two times winner of "Premio Inventor Petrobras" (2010 and 2013). Owner of fourteen National & International patents in the chemical and bio diesel industry.
